TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with The Body of Kent, you agree to our Cancellation Policy. You are able to amend your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment free of charge. Any time after that you will unfortunately lose a session of your course.  Should you be a no-show or cancel your first session within 48 hours, you will be charged 20% of your remaining balance and another booking fee should you wish to reschedule.

If you have booked a single session you will lose your £50 booking fee and will need to pay another booking fee if you wish to reschedule.

APPOINTMENT TIME:

Punctuality is of utmost importance. A time period of 15 minutes from the scheduled time is allowed. Beyond this, the appointment stands subject to automatic cancellation, with no refunds granted.
 
UNSATISFACTORY TREATMENTS:

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. If you encounter dissatisfaction, kindly notify our team before departing the premises.
